Health and Safety Policy
The management at CWW acknowledges and respects the right of every employee to work in a safe and healthy environment. We remain committed to providing our employees with the safest possible working conditions at all times.

In order to facilitate this policy, CWW has developed, and will implement and evaluate its health and safety program to ensure its viability and effectiveness within the guidelines and regulations of the Occupational Health and Safety Act, and CWW’s proprietary Health and Safety Manual.
CWW remains committed to its support and cooperation with the JHSC to ensure that all employee concerns are communicated and addressed in a timely and constructive manner.
CWW ensures a safe working environment. We will continue to encourage cooperation from all to effectively implement our safety policy – requiring all employees to participate in ongoing training. We will maintain open communication between management and staff, and will work together to identify and eliminate any potential hazards that could lead to accidents or injuries.
CWW will continue to hold its supervisors accountable for the health and safety of every employee under their direct supervision. Our supervisors will be responsible for ensuring that machinery and equipment are in a safe operating condition, and that employees operate the equipment in compliance with established safe work practices and procedures.
All of CWW employees are to comply with the Occupational Health and Safety Act and safety regulations, and are to work together to ensure a safe and healthy workplace.
I believe that the health and safety of our workforce, our clients, and the public is CWW’s primary concern. Every reasonable precaution will be exercised to ensure the protection of every CWW employee as well as client representatives who may attend any site procedure.
