Hydro Vacuum Excavation*

At CWW we recognize the need for safer, faster, and cost-effective excavations.

Due to the increased risk of underground utility strikes during construction activities, utility regulating bodies have unanimously recommended that excavation in the near vicinity of buried utilities must be conducted either through the use of hand shovels or Hydro Excavators.

Hydro Vacuum Excavation provides a safe and timely method of exposing any underground utility. Pressurized water liquefies the soil cover, and the resulting residue is then drawn into a vacuum debris hose and stored in a debris tank located inside the Hydro Excavator.

CWW’s Vacuum Excavation Units contain a water boiler system, thereby ensuring all-season failsafe operation.

  • Excavation in excess of 350’ from the unit
